How Does this Controlled Labs stack LOOk...

I used a smaple of whiteflood in the past and found it to be quite effective so I bought a tub 2 weeks ago and getting good results from It. I decided to go in depper in the controlled lab products as Iv never used anything made by them before. I hope green mag can live up to its hype. As im really looking forward to this stack..

My question is can I still use torrent postworkout even if I use purple wraath intra..?

Looks great. Yes, you can (and should) use Torrent or another PostWO drink with that stack

Hi thanks for your reply.. As it does say purple wraath can be used as post workout so I thought Id ask.. But it doesnt contain dextrose or any other source of carbs to be used as postworkout. I will use torrent.. thanks

A lot of people (myself included) use Purple Wraath intra workout. Great with cardio too.

I am thinking of mixing green mag and whiteflood and drinking it preworkout 30mins. I been told to put glycergrow in the mouth dry then drink it back with water or mix it with yougurt?

what would be the best way to feel Glycergrow working?

and just drink purple wraath intra...

Looks like an awesome stack!

It says on the container that you can take PW pre intra or post... But you'll get the greatest benefit from it pre or intra.

But yes, you def need a good carb source for your post.

Get GM & WF in lemonade and get them down like 30mins before and chase it down with the glycergrow dry method. Then down some water during the remainder of the 30minutes leading up to your workout. You have to drink alot of water throughout the day and leading up to your workout to feel the effects of GG.

I wanted to get both meon in whiteflood and green mag, but lemon was out in the mag. so got appl and lemon. I will mix them boith togther and drink them back 30min prewokout, would that need to be empty stomach?

Mix GM and WF together and drink 30 minutes pre-workout on an empty stomach. You can also use this to wash down the GG. Make sure you drink alot of water!!

PW you'll want to drink intra, then drink your Torrent after your workout.

Ok I will start the log, But the only prolem is I ahvent set a traing prgram yet and will be training chest and biceps today. but will be just at random sets and reps.. thenmaybe half way throught I can sort out my Program and dig in for some real gains,,

I previously mixed green mag, white flood, purple wrath, and 3 scoops glycergrow pre workout, then take purple intrain during workout and finish it off with 1/2 cup oats and 2 scoops of whey post. I have had great results in energy and endurance with little or no soreness in the following days, great recovery. I used to take torrent post but with the green mag, I didn't want any wasted creatine, green mag has all you need, so i put the torrent in the cupboard until I cycled sups. The glycergrow is an interesting sup many say with yogurt, pudding or just straight with chaser none of those seemed to work for me I just mix it in with the rest of pre work out, it doesn't mix with water so it is grainy and some is leftover in shaker after the pre mix but I then mix another intra formula in and seem to suck up all the leftover grains it is not bad at all for me to use this technique. As of now I am currently using white flood, purple wraath, pure creatine mono, glycergrow for my pre and purple intrain for my intra along with the same post mix, if you still want to use torrent post then only use half of a creatine dosage with pre then torrent post and you will get all the creatine needed and yes green mag or creatine on off days. hope this may help you.

No need for the yogurt, just toss a scoop in your mouth and kick it back with water/juice/whatever.

Doesn't really have a taste to it (in my opinion), maybe a hint on the salty side, but nothing really.
