don't you guys understand that legs are mostly genetic. I bet you that kid does more weight than any of you fools but his legs don't grow. I have seen people do incredible feats of strength with legs but their legs never grow. Learn your facts.

I actually tried this workout yesterday. Doing 100 reps KILLS your legs. I did it on my second set and I honestly had to stop squatting and doing any kinds of compound movements because my legs were so dead. I think doing it once in a while is ideal to really shock your muscles to new growth.

while recently i have been convinced that high rep squats > low rep for mass....that is way too much volume lol, after 12 its an endurance exercise IMO.
