Cool that maybe ligth for some people, maybe it was heavy for him. Still a 100 rep squats takes guts. I forgot about that, nice to shock the muscles besides 20 rep squats.
Distraction is an obstruction for the construction.

1 rep with 3 second break with almost no weight=endless squating session if you even have slightly decent cardio
that type of workout keeps you in the oxidative state and not in the atp/pcr state which is used when maxing out. so no he could not out lift me and yes i could do what he canTime for a comeback

Lolwut?
You get big legs by squatting big weight. Squatting big weight = utilizing your leg muscles.
Show me somebody who got big legs by squatting 135lbs for 100 reps..? Oh, you can't? Didn't think so son.
And before you blabber on about "so what if you have big legs" blah blah, take a look at the website URL... www.bodybuilding.com

My lifting partner and I went through half a deck of cards (each one drawn being a set) on leg day a short while back just for the sake of mixing things up - it ended up being around 150 reps. After card 26 we called it quits and I couldn't help thinking that it was possibly the dumbest workout I had ever completed.
