I've read some people blend 2 cans of tuna in a blender w/ water and chug it. That sounds disgusting, but hey if they can down 2 cans of tuna in 2 mins without chucking, **** it! I wish I could do it lol

I make tuna cakes. Mix tuna however you like it and then add a little bit of egg white to bind it. Form it into a pattie and throw it on a pan with some olive oil. Brown it on both sides and enjoy

This is gonna be your favorite tuna recipe! its basically a spread on cracker replacement.

    What you need:
bag of pork rinds, (spicy ones are the best)
    1 egg
    1 can of tuna
tapatio hot sauce, or any other hot sauce you like
    mustard
    1/2 table spoon mayo

Blend the mustard, hot sauce, mayo, and egg in a small blender if you have one, or just mash it all together as much as you can. Then mix it into the tuna! Now you have a yummy spread to put on the pork rinds! It tastes super good 0 carbs! Enjoy!

    Tuna cakes

Mix 4-5 egg whites with 2 cans of tuna and fry in a pan, I use either olive oil spray or smart balance butter in the pan.

I'd like to try this....do you use mayo or anything? sounds a little dry? how many whole eggs would you use for just 1 can? top it with anything?

I use one spaghetti-tuna-meat recipe. I would cook the spaghetti and once it's almost done I would add a can of tuna in it. At the same time I fry about 300g of low fat minced meat. After pouring the water, I would add the minced meat with the spaghetti and tuna and mix them up real good. Tastes pretty alright and has a nice mixture of carbs, protein and fat.

It's really not dry as long as you don't fry it for too long. Although when I'm not dieting I'll eat it on bread with mayo.
Also when I'm not dieting I do 3 whole eggs to two cans so if I were you I would go with 2 eggs to weaken the tuna taste, unless you're a tuna guy then I'd just do one whole egg.
