Or maybe its the truth and you can't take it? You're the one who came here with a problem, most of the guys here started as either skinny ****s or fat ****s in high school, no one was arnold at 16 when they were 16. Genetics play a role for sure but being a crybaby bitch also plays a role. Telling you to work harder doesn't make me feel better, its simple solid advice that you should follow. I gain absolutely nothing from posting in this thread and in fact lose 3-5 minutes so how would any of what these other guys/gals say be for making themselves feel better rather than just giving you info you need to hear?
You talk about dumb meat heads etc, many of the guys here have degrees in physiology, are strength coaches or national level competitors who have been training for several sports for 10-20 years and could spit out more training information and science in one sentence than you could parrot a 10 page essay about. Go work out with large people, get large, glhf.

"Laws that forbid the carrying of arms... disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes . . . Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man."~Thomas Jefferson
