    Does anyone know what the make and model of this Lat Machine? Is it any good? Thanks in advance.

    It's not the current Body Solid GLM83, but it could be an older model. It's very similar.

    I own the GLM83 and it's a solid unit. I would recommend it in the $300 range; it's worth the premium over the Powerline.

    ^^ This, it's definately not the current model if it is a Body Solid.

    One thing to think about, weight carriages that slide up and down box section aren't exactly great. Models that use two bars for the carriage to slide up/down are generally much smoother, and much less likely to bind etc.

    that looks like the body solid GLM-83. I own this unit and I like it. It has the nylon busying that rides up and down on the square post, and it has never binded on me. I lube it with a silicone spray, and it is smooth as can be.
