    Ab Workout

    Helloo

I have a six pack already, and and am bulking at the moment(hard thing for me to do, slow gainer) Now i want to work my abs to make my six pack bigger, i dont really like those sit-ups cuz i can do to many and it doesn't really do it for me.

I would like the 'deadlifts' of the abs excercise, a workout that makes my abs gain serious mass and get bigger!

    thanks

    Hey dude,

The only way to make them ridge muscles bigger is to use Weight. Do weighted ab work. Put a plate on your chest and do sit ups or crunches, throw in a twist to hit the sides. use enough weight so you rep range is around 10 to 15, if you have a decline bench do them on a decline.
