No, it was a stand at either Mr.Olympia or the Arnold, I dont remember which. But they are fake plates.

Thanks for all the support and positive comments on my video. I'm gonna take the advice of my fans and compete in the world's strongest man next year. I contacted them and they said I would get a "special invitation". The guy who runs it hinted that I might be a little too strong and it would be unfair to the other competitors. So I just won't lift any weights for the next year to level the playing field. Thanks again.

i did that same thing at the olympia expo last year. its 255 looks like 500 fake plates. if you could do it once you got like a free sample of some **** and if you could go over ten you got a t shirt. and they emailed you a picture.

Easy to tell it's fake because you'll notice the bar has no movement. Every barbell would bend to some degree with that much weight. The good bars are designed to bend and then go back to their original shape.

Hey, just today I shoulder pressed 325 in the Smith rack for sixteen 1/4 inch reps, did thirty-seven 2-inch reps with 450 pounds--one-legged, no less!--on the TechnoGym leg press--and THEN did a handstand on a Swiss ball while doing dumbbell curls with a 55-pounder and then switched hands while juggling the 'bell.

And I did NOT post a vid because you should all be believin' on my E-stats.
