Well let me start off by saying I was 245lbs and have cut down to 197-200lbs. My question is i used to be able to eat alot. I mean i would go to my cafe and get 2-3 plates of food(each having a protein, veggie, a carb, and normally a piece of bread). However now that I cut down I feel myself getting full after having a tuna salad sandwich some cottage cheese. I have to force my body to eat a bananna or apple to complete my meal. Is this normal? Did I lose the weight to fast or something. It been about 5-6 months since i started my lifestyle change.
Thanks

are you just eating slower? it takes 20 minutes to the brain to catch up with the stomach...also a diet higher in proteins/fats will leave one feeling satiated longer since they're not digested/absorbed til they reach the small intestine, whereas carbs can begin digestion as soon as they hit the mouth
i know for a fact I can eat way more now that I'm 100lbs lighter...I absolutely love my new body, my stomach is a damn furnace for foodEat Clean Snatch & Jerk

Frequency of eating will help your stomach stay expanded if your trying to eat more. Also, when you first wake drink 16oz of water right out of bed to jump start your metabolisim for the next 90min. This will allow for a large breakfast and continue to eat the whole day every 2-3hours and you will find that your stomach will be able to hold more food and burn it faster.
