Wow, use your head. I eat meat, that's natural. I don't look for ways to keep the animals I eat alive while I eat them just so I can watch them suffer, especially when that's more difficult to do then just kill it instantly and then eat it.

on a different note, salmon sashimi are absolutely delicious, you gotta try it. (use wasabi + soy sauce of course)
interestingly, the wasabi they serve you at common restaurants are not the real deal..... a.k.a not real horse radish root, a real horse radish root costs more in weight than gold or something.......

And I chose for this to happen? No. If I had a choice I would make all animals I eat killed in the most humane way possible. Choosing to have a fish be alive when you cook and eat it is completely different. If you don't see a difference then your brain isn't functioning the way it should be.
