making your own pre workout supp.

was on some other forum the other night and was reading about some guy buying all the ingredients found in a pre work out supplement and creating it himself for way cheap. can not find again but has anyone ever tried this? would be interested in trying this myself.

heres a 6 min vid of a guy making it. i think im gunna try it but instead of taking the coffee i'd just take caffeine pills along with the drink.

I'm doing this. You can pick up most of the stuff in pre-workout drinks for less than $.10/dose. And that way you know exactly how much of what you're getting and you can control doses and dose times.
