    Question Keto and Belly Fat

I have been on the Keto Diet for about 10 weeks. I have lost 23lbs but zero inches in my waist or belly. I log everything, stay within my macros and calories, workout several times a week, and drink about 100 ounces of water a day. If I snack, I eat pickles. I haven't cheated and I have been very regimented and even getting more sleep than normal. I am at a loss why nothing is moving in my mid section. I estimate I have about 20 more to lose but maybe I am doing something wrong... thoughts?

If you continue to lose weight you will eventually shift your abdomenal fat. If you're losing weight, you're obviously losing fat from somewhere. You can't choose where the fat comes from, so just keep going until you shift it.

For some people the abdomen is the last to go

I'd suggest some progressive resistance as you lose weight to preserve as much muscle mass as possible

I'm not a keto fan but if it works for you and you can stick to it it's a decent enough way to meet your calorie targets

Are you also currently weight training, and if so, which program/routine are you using?
    No brain, no gain.
