    Kre-akalyn creatine question

    I have always taken purple-k and dosed it for 1.5g pre and post workout. I recently bought all American kre-akalyn from wheycheap and it says to dose it for 1.5g preworkout. What is the correct way? Thanks

    Taking KA prior to workout is fine. Some people prefer to take it pre, some, post, and some split the dose. I take my cell rush ( which has k/a) pre workout currently but somtimes split the dose pre and post.

    You are close to my weight and i was told to take 1.5 pre and 1.5 post by a few different people. (Reliable sources)
