They have a strong ability for lying about the protein content of their products. BCAA's count as protein in all their products, including shotgun. That is most definitely not standard practice.Originally Posted by irishpitbull

I'm not a huge fan, but I am contstantly amazed at how widespread musclemilk's reach is. You can pick up a MM rtd at Sam's, any grocery store, and nearly any convenience store. Cytosport has to be making huge money on the mm rtd.

I wasn't too impressed with the taste of the VPX.
Muscle Milk's taste is money but I like Labrada's the best overall as far as taste and nutrition.Free Agent
