You need to do some slow pulls and slow eccentrics. Thing 5 count tempo. To dial in the position. Trying to go fast is fine but after working sets do some slow deads OR do some pauses at liftoff, knee, mid thigh. Do this for two weeks

Will do. Today I did hang snatches but when I picked up the weight paused at knee and mid thigh then got set for the snatch

Where do you lift and what do they charge you? I'm currently going up to Cornerstone CF in West Chester because they let me lift for free, but I end up skipping a lot of days because I can't stand the traffic.

i lift on most wednesdays at a CF called cincinnati strength and conditioning. run by stephen flamm. super cool guy. i just make a donation every couple of times i go. anywhere from 5-20$ every few weeks.

100 and 105 in the snatch are meet PR's and 125 would have been one as well but i just caught it too far back like a good little potato. Strongest 77 there but placed 4 in sinclair, there was a 94 who CnJ 160 or 170 cant remember.

might do another meet end of april or may but i wont peak for it. My body is tired from 2 meets in 30 days

It seems like Bluegrass has meets nonstop now. I went to their first one last March and I swear they've had like 5 since then. Also I was curious about this 94kg hitting 170 and found my ex randomly popping up in the background.

that was not the guy, they guy who did it i think teaches at BGB. They are pumping out meets all the time. I hate driving 2 ****ing hours to get there tho. I heard josh broke off of cleary's gym and is making his own and is going to work with chris about getting a meet set up this month.

my shoulder was acting goofy after that accident. 120 floated up there i just absorbed the impact funny. My jerk is coming along, but man it is really holding back my CnJ

nah it was a sinclair meet 3 other lifter slated before me pulled out, i think they were all 85's, there were like 20 85's there.
