    Nutritional Value of Vegetables

    Could someone tell me how my gains will be effected if I don't eat many vegetables? I take a multi vitamin, and eat probably 1-2 serving of vegetables per day. The reason for this is I've recently moved into an off campus apartment, and eating vegetables on the reg is a hard habit to get into if there not always around.
