I have been cutting lately, clean cutting at that, and been working hard to lose the fat all over, wondering if I should keep lifting hard and eating clean and doing about 30 minutes of cardio daily. So far I have lost 10 lbs, so I think thats a good start. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Lost the 10 lbs over a period of a month and a half from now.
