    Keep cutting or clean bulk?

    I have been cutting lately, clean cutting at that, and been working hard to lose the fat all over, wondering if I should keep lifting hard and eating clean and doing about 30 minutes of cardio daily. So far I have lost 10 lbs, so I think thats a good start. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Lost the 10 lbs over a period of a month and a half from now.

    I'd lose about 10 more lbs and then clean bulk. Unless you don't mind being a bit fat after your bulk.

    this x2... Keep trying to increase strength, keep your protein levels way up, just inch back on total calories and see if you can get a lower BF while increasing strength.
