    over 200 lbs using Xtend?

    Anybody over 200 pounds who used xtend intra, how many scoops do you use? I know it says use > 6 for over 200 pounds but that seems like excessive BCAAs and obviously the company wants you to use as much as possible.. whats reasonable?

    that's a good idea. I usually sip PW or X intra and then immediately pre down the carb/creatine/whey/casein mix. Then 20 mins later I down about 250ml of gatorade mixed with about 7 grams more BCAAs

    Id recommended this # as well. 4 intra-workout and if you want to dose a scoop between meals that is personal preference.

    I agree, I usually use 3-4 scoops BCAAs during workout. Brand doesn't matter much to me really
