its really awesome. i couldnt have hoped for better! i missed you guys too, its just a lot of work every night but its totally worth it. i just got done meat and fish fabrication, i go on to skills 1 after break. before this i took gastronomy (which is really interesting), food saftey (i am now servesafe certified!), product knowledge (produce and dairy id and knowledge)and math. oh you like my meat too!! lol. how is every thing been goin for you? i have not had a chance to get on in like a month and a half, so i have not been able to page through M.E.N. for any of the goodies

As far as right now, errrr about to take a nap after being on the road for 3+ hrs. But have been "so so" I suppose.
I actually haven't take that final servesafe test yet and it's been since Summer since I've taken the damn class, so am kinda iffy on how much I retained. The test was open to take it before school got out, but just never got the chance.
You didn't miss much though. I'm definitely sure you've seen (and made) more food porn than most of us.

A little treat I picked up while shopping today:

Yo dude, thanks a lot! Appreciated! The Zywiec beer is a really fine brand, however, there are better choices. Although, how did you like it that time ?

Yeah, my friend brought some over and left a can here! It's basically the only Polish beer I've seen here, apart from the Zywiec and Okocim Porters (which as I've said before, are breathtakingly good).
The lager was as I remembered... rather plain but inoffensive, nice on a warm evening!
If you ever see any "Coopers" beers, grab one. They're good quality beers and not just an ordinary lager.

Just wait another 30 minutes for my next picture! God, I love holidays in Linz (where I grew up). Mom's cooking is just unbeatable (sadly this is what made me fat in the first place, but hey, who cares!).
Btw:
awesome food on this page... I'd love some pizza right now... grrr, dat!
and WTF is that chocolate bacon bar?
Edit:
Homemade Lasagna!
Knife + fork added on the picture so you can somewhat grasp the epic dimensions of this monster!
Part 2 - a picture of a single slice - coming soon. AFK devouring the whole thing () nom nom nom!
Edit 2:
Finished two slices.
Looking forward to some nice squats in 2 hours!Last edited by hankst; 12-20-2009 at 04:28 AM.
