I am new to this site and this is my first log. I am trying out Neogenix Velocity XT.
I took my first dose yesterday when i was falling asleep in school at about 6:30 pm and it woke me up and got me going. I ended up doing my chest workout at 10:00pm that night. I didnt plan on working out at all but i was so energized after taking Velocity XT that i decided too. I ended up getting one of my best chest workouts i have ever had. This stuff seems like its pretty good. I will give more in depth details of my day and diet in my future posts.
I would like to lose bodyfat while retaining my muscle and strength. I plan to keep up my regular lifting routine of 5 times a week. I will start doing 1 hour of cardio about 5 times a week. I will also be cutting some calories, but not a lot. I will be upping my protein intake to retain my muscle.
Current: 215lbs and fat
Goal: 205 and defined

Today was a good day. I had a good workout and i ate good. I went to the gym today at about 4pm right after I took my Velocity XT and i had a good steady energy rush that lasted throughout my whole workout and beyond. I worked on my shoulders, then i planned on doing about 15 minutes of cardio and coming back later to do more cardio. I ended up getting in a good lift and doing an hour of cardio because i was sooo energized. Then i went back up to the gym at 9:30pm for another hour of cardio.
Here is how my day went:
8am- woke up, ate bowl of oatmeal and protein shake
10am-class
11am- protein shake
11am-12:30pm- class
1pm- ate a turkey sanwhich, orange, and 2 granola bars
2:30pm- fell asleep for a while
4pm- english muffin and mt Velocity XT
4:30pm-7pm- lifted, did cardio, and had a protein shake
7:30pm- 4 chicken tenderloins, oatmeal, orange, and corn... weird combo i know
Today was a very long day. I think i ate pretty good, but i am exhausted. Didn't sleep much last night. I got a good back workout and a strong hour of cardio. I will update you with my weight once a week, so you can see my progress.
Here is how my day went:
9am- Oatmeal, Protein shake, Velocity XT, multi-vitamin
11am- granola bar and orange
1:30pm- protein shake along with my back and bi's workout
3:30pm- tuna salad and orange and Velocity XT
5:30pm- protein shake
7:30pm- turkey sandwhich and orange
9:30 pm- protein shake along with my hour of cardio
well i havent updated this lately. Thats mostly because i had a busy weekend and i didnt eat very well. I am getting back on track now. I am down to 212 which means i am down 3 pounds from 215. I will try to keep this updated.
