i havent actually bought an intraworkout but ive tried samples of intra aid intrabolic and purple wraath and i think intrabolic was my favorite. gets a lot of good reviews so check it out.

1-Russian Bear wight Gainer 5000 ( 1 scope after workout and 1 scope 30 minutes before bed and some time in morning,
2-Cell-tech creatine - 2 scopes before workout
3-Anabolic Amino - 4 pills before breakfast and 4 before dinner
