    What? Why?

If you're so worried, just reduce overall cals. However, since you're on a bulk, get over it and hit the weights extra hard.

when i cheat i am usually very bloated/lots of water retention. if you want to get rid of this just to make you feel better then sure, go ahead and cut your carbs for as long as you want until you feel better. if you don't have that problem or don't care that much then its not necessary. going back to your clean or clean-er diet will help with that without cutting out the carbs. if you want to take a little time and try to lose what you may have gained before you bulk then you could do that, but even clean bulking you may just gain it back even if it comes back slow. i think you could probably go back to your diet and be just fine

Bloating don't last more than 1 day ^

You don't need to cut carbs. When I usually cheat, I worry about the FAT, not the carbs.

Start getting quality food, no need to cut carbs out cause that will not benefit you or will make you lose fat.

true, usually doesnt last long..but bad diet for 2 weeks, ive never really done that since ive been keeping track of my diet so i dont know how long that would last

the healthier food should do the trick on its own though, yes

The point of a cheat is to give yourself a treat and NOT make up for it.

Also, if you're bulking, why are you worried about it? You're supposed to be in a hypercaloric state.
