alright so im relatively experienced in lifting, i just wanted some advice on whether i should cut or bulk, id post pics of me but my camera is shott. so im 5'7 and 155. i have a 250 pound bench and im squating about 300 (my profile stats are old)with about 6-7% body fat, its pretty easy for me to gain or lose weight so this is why im asking on her. advice?
