Done my research, dont critize me about that, just want to experiment with p plex, can i dose at 10mg for like 10-20 day, then up it to 20mg if i dont see any sides or problems,

That sounds pefect....the only thing that I would change.....is that you just shut the **** up and eat some food instead.

unless your using lab rats for your experiment, I think 10mg is a little low for 3 weeks.

for one, you're 20, and secondly theres no point in running Phera at those dosages and for only 3 weeks.

well i just want to start at that maybe after 10 days bump it up to 20mg, this way i can prevent serious sides

I'm assuming this would be your first PH run? If so, run something else that has less sides such as Hdrol or Bold, personally I'd run the Hdrol

i would wait but it expire in a year, so would run it sometime soon, it would be my first but i have done many other supps, none ph, i am going to run it 4 weeks but go 20mg just to see how the body reacts, then if its fine 30 all the way

from a legality standpoint, it pretty much changes everything.
