I know there is a music section but I want to challenge anyone out there to listen to these three songs before you lift and see if you don't kill the weights or anyone around you.
Even if you aren't into metal, these are a must on the playlist.

That song called "Jump da **** Up". If the part from 3 minutes to 4 minutes doesn't pump you up... I dunno what will.
A good song to get into rhythm doing some crunches is Rammstein - Los. I love that song.

I don't want to keep dwelling on his verse there... but that's the ONLY song (that 3:00-4:00 section) that can make me get my extra rep or two in, when before I didn't think I could. It's like a free adrenaline rush.
Love my music, keep throwing the heart pounding ones out there ya'll.
BTW, I noticed I didn't tell you I took your challenge. I had a good workout yesterday blaring those songs. Been looking for some stuff like this. I liked Throwdown - Declare Your War the most when it came to just making me want to push my limits.
Music is a powerful thing.

haha awesome man! If you liked that song, I highly reccommend listening to their "Haymaker" cd they have.
There lyrics are always positive and motivating, and heavy enough to help you pump out a few more reps.

yes hatebreed is rediculous good workout music, so is terror, diecast, etc etc
