Hello, I had a question regarding traveling and bodybuilding.
I will be out of the USA on an excavation for a month (at Dhiban, Jordan). I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations as far as cheap, light, portable exercise equipment I could take, or recommended bodyweight exercises (especially for shoulders and back).
I will also be posting a question regarding travel nutrition as well (http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post331952121).
Thank you!

pushups and a pullupbar(fit into doorframe adjustable ones). Back, lats, shoulders, chest, biceps.
This'll all fit into your bag and prob be round 30-45 bucks depending on pull up bar you choose.Freshman 15; Sophomore 25.
Getting back into working out. . .
Rep if my post helped =)~
