    17 years old, need some serious transformation

    Hello everybody,

    I am 17 years old
    5feett9inches
    120 pounds(54.3kg's)

    and very, VERY motivated to get a nicer body, because the way I look right now, really doesn't make me feel happy...

    Can anyone have a guess about my BF%?
    Be honest and give me some tips and advice!

    I really want to get a way of this skinny fatty look!

    first of all, you are very lean not skinny fat. You just don't have too much muscle. Get yourself a good lifting routine and eat a ton of healthy foods and you should gain size. Don't be afraid to add a little fat considering how lean you are now.

    I'm just curious about what other people think about it...

    I know I shouldn't think about "cutting", but I definetely (after I gained 15lbs)

    Dude it sounds to me like you legitimately have body dysmorphic disorder, if you actually believe you in any way need to cut or look "skinny fat". If thoughts like this interfere with you a lot I would maybe suggest seeking professional help.

    you probably have 5% body fat right now. LOAD on the calories with good carbs proteins and don't be afraid of good fats and also don't be afraid of a tiny bit of flab.
