    pain in inner elbow especially during skullcrushers

    i get pain in my inner elbow, mostly during skullcrushers. it feels like ligament pain, so i kinda ignored it and thought my ligaments would just get stronger but its already the second week in a row. anyway, the only way i can describe exactly where it is: the biggest bone in the elbow that makes up the elbow, and the pain comes from the bone next to it, closer to the body. how bad is this and should i lay off of skullcrushers? i dont want to get tennis elbow

    Doing a few light sets before you start adding weight should help.
