    What type of workout when on a cut diet

    ok i feel like a Nub... well i am..
    anyways...
    what type of workouts e.g splits or full body workouts
    work well with cutting...
    what i was doing right now was a 5x5 split...
    3 times a week.

    honestly man

    it doesn't matter how you work out as far as splits or straight sets go, full body or half body, it doesn't matter, just make sure you hit every body part atleast once a week, your cut is all in your diet.

    Basically, if you used a routine that worked when you were bulking, don't change your routine for your cut.

    Should I take down my lifts by a certain percentage? Since I have had such a calorie surplus and put on muscle (fat too) my lifts have skyrocketed. I feel once I take my calories into a deficit that my lifts will obviously go down. Is there an accepted %? (i.e. 70-80% of Max Rep?)

    I have actually increased the loads on my lifts since cutting for the last three months....
