went to a buffet last night. gorged hard. probably 1,000 calories in food or more. not sure.
should i skip my breakfast and/or lunch to make up for that food set?

well but of course. do yourself a favour and also go run on the treadmill for 3 hours. then drink dandelion tea and sit in the sauna for 2 -3 minutes followed by the steam room for 20 mins. Drink lots of water about 8 gallons to piss it all out. Before you sleep apply lion turd lotion to your glutes to promote weight loss.

just eat like normal, you wont see anything negative come of it. i plan on eating like a horse tonight for the superbowl. so during the day ill go light on my cals but not skipping a meal just eating less with each meal. i plan on eating 1000 cals over my usual for the day today, and the gym will and my normal diet will be there waiting for me tomorrow. mmmmmm wings, meatballs, chips and salsa, ::drooool::

I know how you feel, as far as feeling super guilty for going over your caloric limit. Like everyone has said, there is no need to skip a meal, its counterproductive.
Anytime I eat a lot the night before, or binge, I just spend the day eating light with lots of fruits and veggies, and drink heaps of water to flush the "toxins" out of my system. That way, my metabolism doesn't get messed up, and I still feel like I am making up for my mistake. You will be fine, though! 1000 calories is nothing!The Pain of Discipline, or The Pain of Regret.
