How do you come off Creatine for a Keto cut? Just stop taking it all together or do you taper it down, say every other day, then every other 2 days, or something like that?

Why would you want to stop creatine?

Yea, there's really no nutritional value to unflavored monohydrate, so no reason to come off unless your at the end of your cycle...

Everything I've read said in the long run the results were teh same for people that used it, and people that trained without it.. there's prolly more to it then that, but some people get enough creatine naturally, and it won't benefit them anyway, maybe thats whats up with you johny!
