Hi everyone,
so over the past couple monthes i have been starting my chest routine with incline db presses, then moving onto flat bench. Ive noticed that after doing my incline sets when i go do flat BB i can barely do anything, i repped 155x10 today, i kept my form slow and steady, touched for 1 second then went back up because im tyring to fix an imbalance as well. my max bench is 255, or was before i started doing incline first(that is touch for 1 second, and back up). now, i inclined the 90's today 7 times, and then moved onto flat and did 155x10. makes no sense to me. any ideas?

Ya i agree about the week off. i took the first week of january off(clevermmissed the big gym rush) lol.
its not that my pecs r sooo soar i cant lift anymore, they just feel so much weaker. i have been doing dips faithfully too, ive been trying to nail my triceps 2x a week because theyre lagging a little bit.
