IMO Dark Rage has one of the best ingredient profiles out of any pre-workout N.O. type product, but for some reason MHP decided to include BOTH Glycocyamine and Guanido-Propionic Acid in their product.
This is really too bad, because I would have undoubtedly bought a tub of Dark Rage myself, if it wasn't for the GCC and GPA content. Why supplement companies are continuing to add these harmful ingredients is beyond me.
Everyone who is not familiar with the dangers (yes, dangers) of GCC and GPA consumption should read this article:

Please note that I am not attempting to bash MHP, they are a great company and I've enjoyed their Probolic line as well as Cyclin. Like I said above, personally, I think Dark Rage has one of the BEST ingredient profiles; it makes me upset that I can't use it because of the harmful ingredients MHP has opted to include. My BodyOctane for MMA/countdown to next fight log:

I lifted the same weights for the same reps, but the weight FELT much heavier. I had increased focus and drive, but the increased heart rate often left me winded, which totally canceled the increased drive and still made me wanna quit before I was done. I think I did get gains from it, but I still didn't like it and probably won't buy another tub.

I think Dark Rage is a decent pre w/o product. It does have a good ingredient profile. The taste isn't great (only tried the cola fizz), pumps were great from the product, energy was great from the product.
As Billton stated, my heartrate was through the roof when using this product, which may make people feel that anxiety. Headaches and pre w/o products almost go hand in hand with me. I always "crash" a little bit while using them.
So overall, I think Dark Rage is a solid product, but I think for me, there are better options with less side effects with equal, or better results. When I see myself in the mirror, I say, "Fcuk that guy, I can do better."

Sleep problems
Has anybody experienced sleeping problems while using Dark Rage?
I've been using it for the past two weeks (on the weekdays) and have had a couple of almost complete sleepless nights.
I go to the gym after work, around 5 p.m. CST, so I take it 30-45 minutes before then. I would think that's enough time to work through the system before going to bed some time around midnight, but when I actually go to bed I just lay there...usually on the verge of being a sleep, but not quite making it.
