    Fish oil - when? why?

    I heard many of you take fish oil...why? why is it good for your body?

    I will be starting a weight gain diet and I'm thinking on buying fish oil ( http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/olabs/omega.html ).

    How often should I take fish oil (daily? how many times per day?)?
    When should I take it (mornings? dinner? before/after food?)?

    finally...do you take fish oil? why?

    Fish oil is good for your heart. It does also offer some joint support as well. It is mainly a supp for good overall health. I take mine in the morning and then after I workout at night.

    u take fish oil everyday, i take it in the morning. Its good for ur body if u arent eating a lot of fish. need those omega's lol and its good for the heart. Atleast thats what i was told when buying them.

    Fish oil pills are usually 1200mg each. They do vary some but just read the label.
