Carl, if I am correct the lightest you have been in past years has been 265? I think at this pace you can breeze right past that. So far so good.

Yeah, the lightest I have been in the past 4 years were 265...
Last year of high school I went from 255 to 225 just for senior prom. By the end of freshman year of college, I was up to 265.
I want to be leaner than I was on my last year of high school
Thanks for the support!My journal:

wow great work today! i dont think on leg days you even need extra cardio cuz you've gotta be exhausted after loading and unloading your leg press! lol

Don't stress the pound weight loss might be a little slower at time for you because unlike most people that make fat loss their primary goal, you are not affraid to lift heavy. You will be rewarded handsomely when you reach those leaner stages.

I was just informed that I will be out of town on the 2nd and 3rd of January! Kinda sucks! Will try my best not to let my diet get out of hand!
Thanks bro, hopefully my track record will speak for itself and will still be at it 6-12 months from now...or 10-20 years!
Thanks for the support bro, appreciate the good work!
Hopefully I will be able to see a difference after losing 40-50 lbs!
LOL, I should try that!
It would definitely save me some time!

Also, yeah I hope so! We will have to wait and see what happens when I get there!
Also, are we talking like 20-30 lbs from now or more like 90-100 lbs from now?
I still can't see no difference!My journal:

Ok, gained 2 lbs as of this morning! I truly hate holidays!
So until I can get back on a strict diet, I am starting with pushing myself to it's limits first!
I wanted to wait till January, but hey, a couple of days in advance will not kill me!
DID I MENTION I HATE MY MAN BOOBS!
I cannot wait to lose them!My journal:

I cannot wait for March when the gym goes back to normal and barely have 5-6 person at a time in the weight and cardio area!My journal:

I know you feel about always bumping into somebody. Or on chest day, all the benches are getting used. Of Somebody just sitting on a machine in between sets. I get pissed if I cant go in and just get done. I know most everybody, and most times I get the machines or whatever I want to use cuz I am about the strongest guy in there. One day, me and another dude were almost doing the same exact workout. I might go back to working out at home. I am very intense and dont bull**** around. I am not looking forward to the new year rush.
Strong and Brave, to the grave
