    Cutting Diet (feedback appreciated)

I have been lurking here for a long time. I have put on about 20 pounds of (relatively) lean muscle in the past five months. I am going to start a 12 week cut in two weeks using the diet attached here. I have been giving it a lot of thought and was interested in any helpful feedback/critiques.

Workouts are going to be morning LISS everyday and lifting four/five days per week (haven't decided yet). I am going to allow myself one cheat meal per week. I am currently 5'11 180 approx 17%bf. My goal is to be around 160 and under 10%bf.

I have a slow metabolism which is why the calories are not higher. I am maintaining weight right now at about 2200

If i replace my dinner turkey burger with beef, daily fat increased to 46 grams on training days. You think more is optimal?

I have to agree with the more fat thing. Alan Aragon posted some really good general guidelines on nutrition in his Pre-Post workout thread. You should read it I think.

I don't recall what they are though. I am an online client so I don't have to actually retain it. LOL! Seriously that is where I would go to find the answers.
