Breakfast: Egg white omlet + handful of spinach
Lunch: None ( I couldn't eat I had to make up a test!)
Dinner: 1 1/2 donuts and 6 juice boxes (60 calories each)
Snack: Egg white omelt + peas and carrots ( one bowl)

eat at least 5-6 times a day and get rid of donuts and juice boxes....lol. Not trying to be a jerk but school/a test is a terrible excuse for that kind of diet
