Breakfast: Egg white omlet + handful of spinach
Lunch: None ( I couldn't eat I had to make up a test!)
Dinner: 1 1/2 donuts and 6 juice boxes (60 calories each)
Snack: Egg white omelt + peas and carrots ( one bowl)
