Hey,
I was doing my squats yesterday when some guy noticed that when I lift from my squat position (knees at 90 degrees), my knees move towards each other an inch until im standing fully upright.
I know this is because I'm maxing out how much I can lift, and my form is pretty clean minus this weird knee moment.
after squatting like 2 months and making great progress, should I lower the weight and make less progress muscle-building wise, or just continue?

As the weights get heavier your form is bound to breakdown a bit.
Concentrate on pushing your knees outward when in the bottom of the lift.
the key is to try to feel your feet pushing on the little toe side of your shoes. By spreading the floor like this your kness will stay apart better."To be a warrior is not a simple matter of wishing to be one. It is rather an endless struggle that will go on to the very last moment of our lives. Nobody is born a warrior, in exactly the same way that nobody is born an average man. We make ourselves into one or the other."-- Carlos Castaneda
