5 day a week routine, works for me

Just wanted to throw this out there. If you were every curious about working out 5 maybe even 6 or 7 times a week, give it a try if you feel like it can be beneficial. I know this goes against all that we suppose to preach on this forum but my 5 day routine has been the best routine for me. Not sure what got me started, I usually do 3-4 day routines. I just always felt like I should do it more often so I did.

    Disclaimer
Lifted weights for over 10 years so I sort of went through almost all the rookie mistakes
Squat and deadlifting only once a week
Home gym, I don't have to drive to a gym
    Diet is pretty solid

General routine info, 2-3 sets, reps usually in the 4-8 range. All compound lifts with barbell and dumbbells, kettles and sled used as well

No offense, but if you lifted weight for over 10 years, why your body looks like my 10 y/o brothers?

That's great man... You didn't discover anything though. Depending on how you structure your workouts playing with the volume and intensity variables, you can train 7 days a week and still do fine.
