just wondering for inspiration and such..by tall i mean over 6' 3"
most of the bodybuilders on here are around the 5' 8" - 6" range

its not that i dont eat not at all
i eat more than my entire family put together
my dinners consist of 4 steaks, a bowl of mushrooms or other vegetable and 3 slices of wholemeal bread
hell even last night i had 8 chicken schnitzels, 3 slices of bread, a bowl of curried rice and a salad but thing is i dont put any weight on..its quite frustrating really
oh and also i've cut out all alcohol, fast food and softdrink since i started which was about 3 weeks ago

just a question
its been bothering me for some time since theres so many mixed opinions on it but after the gym workout what is better to drink? the protien drink or the carb drink..this is for me to start putting on weight or muscle..whichever doesnt bother me..as i said many mixed answers from people..so i might as well as ask some pro bodybuilders who know what they are talking about

you need to jus eat W/E dude...dont cut out alcohol dont cut out fast foood...do a DIRTY bulk until you pack on 10-20 pounds and then do a clean bulk. Your sooo skinny you shouldnt be worrying what you eat as of right now jus eat eat eat dirty dirty dirty and maybe think bout taking a drink that adds mass (stacked in calories)

ok i'll definitely take that into consideration, i've always been pretty skinny (ecto) but in grade 10 i had a HUGE growth spurt and a really quick one at that..in less than 6 months i went from a size 7 in shoe to a 12.5..it really took a toll on my knees too..i went from 170cmish to 197cm..thats a good 27cm growth spurt..up until now i didnt care about it or how skinny i was/am but now im trying to change that
