just wondering for inspiration and such..by tall i mean over 6' 3"
most of the bodybuilders on here are around the 5' 8" - 6" range

oh and also i've cut out all alcohol, fast food and softdrink since i started which was about 3 weeks ago

just a question
its been bothering me for some time since theres so many mixed opinions on it but after the gym workout what is better to drink? the protien drink or the carb drink..this is for me to start putting on weight or muscle..whichever doesnt bother me..as i said many mixed answers from people..so i might as well as ask some pro bodybuilders who know what they are talking about

you need to jus eat W/E dude...dont cut out alcohol dont cut out fast foood...do a DIRTY bulk until you pack on 10-20 pounds and then do a clean bulk. Your sooo skinny you shouldnt be worrying what you eat as of right now jus eat eat eat dirty dirty dirty and maybe think bout taking a drink that adds mass (stacked in calories)

ok i'll definitely take that into consideration, i've always been pretty skinny (ecto) but in grade 10 i had a HUGE growth spurt and a really quick one at that..in less than 6 months i went from a size 7 in shoe to a 12.5..it really took a toll on my knees too..i went from 170cmish to 197cm..thats a good 27cm growth spurt..up until now i didnt care about it or how skinny i was/am but now im trying to change thatOriginally Posted by wakeboarrder

im 6'3.5 and I have no problem putting on the weight. No pictures right now, since im in bulk mode, and get embarassed with the flab i put on.

6'5 and i was 145 now i'm 190. Like everyone says do a dirty bulk. You'll start packing on the pounds like crazy. Just eat eat eat. 6 meals a day. eat before you're hungry and if you're working out hard it will make you even hungrier. I thought i could never gain weight but hey i am now.

OP, it's going to take a long time to fill out your long frame. Don't get discouraged because you're going to look massive when you put on enough mass.

You need to do some damn research.
note: Scrawny to Brawny is a diet/lifting book base on tall/skinny ectomorphs.
Buy it and read it. And you need to start eating every 2 hours, at the very least.
and yes. 6'4''. I used to weigh 160. Now 276.4.Deos fortioribus adesse.
