well first, a 16 year old who was probably never even read a scientific study going to the largest supplement forum on the internet and telling everyone they are wrong is dumb, and arrogant. might as well go to your local biker bar and tell them harley's are for homos.
secondly, protein is a supplement, so you condone one but not others. you can get aminos from protein, but it is not the same as taking free form aminos, and you wont get creatine from it, so your last comment was dumb.
lots of supplements are crap, and many will greatly help you. read more instead of running your mouth.

On some levels I think people get out of the realm of their specific goals and lose sight of this and take un-necessary things sometimes.
But the blanket statement of you don't need all this **** stretches things.
Products are designed for specific goals in mind. To that end most are effective.
But this is the business of selling snake oil and PR fluff ****s things up and makes ppl lose sight of what products they need for the perspective goals.

Another one of those kind. First and foremost, you're 163 lbs. Secondly, do you even know the science and how those supplements you mentioned work? Better yet, do you even know what they are?
"All you need is a good protein supp. and some weights." Yes, that would work great...but what about the 5'8" 240 lb. guy that's hit a plateau?
Even better, do you know what a protein supp. does? It supplements your protein intake. That's it. Did you know that you can get protein from regular food? Are you aware that there are many upon many guys that don't take any supplements at all? Therefore, you don't need a protein supplement.

White Flood helps me lift longer (Beta Alanine, Caffeine) gets me pumped increases my strength a little, gets me focused.. Other than that the stuff is worthless I agree..
We all know Creatine doesn't work a bodybuilder does not need it.
I do love Optimum Whey and I agree you gotta get ON whey or one of their other blends, because other protein products on the market simply don't work they claim they have protein in them, but I think they might be foolin...
