WTF!! my bi's won't get sore...

I have never in my life experienced sore biceps after an arms day..my triceps get destroyed yet my biceps dont feel a thing. I've tried drop sets, super sets, and just plain working them like a maniac yet nothing has done the trick to get them that next day burning soreness that everyone enjoys. Advice/empathizers?!?!

Tried preacher curls? BB Curls? DB Preacher Machine Curls? Try different bicep excercises.

Yeah they are a hard muscle to get "Sore"

Legs, Triceps And Chest are the easiest to get sore IMO

I got sore Lats the other day for the 1st time, I pushed my self that little bit extra, Had sore biceps before thow, right at the bottom of the bicep, It was deffently from cable curls the first time i did them...

biceps apparently heal faster than any other muscle.. Arnold said this in his book, The Bible of Bodybuilding. Its like this for alooot of ppl. The only way i can get my biceps sore is by doing a full back workout, then doing heavy ass barbell curls after till i cant even lift my arms, this was back when i did isolation work though.

Try this.. has worked for me. I had surgery on my shoulder, and this is what I have been using to get back into lifting. It's also what I used before my injury, and I was always getting good results with it.

Its a 5x5, so keep that in mind when choosing weights.

    Olympic bar curl
    Dumbbell Curl
    Preacher curl
    hammer curls
Skull Busters(what ever you want to call them)
    Dips

If you try it, don't forget warm up sets.
Also, with your lifting are you seeing gains in the amount of weight you are doing? If not, maybe your not pushing your self hard enough. If you are, it may just be a simple case of you don't get soar. I know people who just recover from work outs well. If thats you, then you are one lucky person.
"For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come." 1 Timothy 4:8

"I can do all things through him who strengthens me."
    Philippians 4:13

I'm not basing this on any research or anything, so correct me if I'm wrong...but biceps are a much smaller muscle group then say your chest or legs, so theoretically it would take them much less time to recover and rebuild.

Why do you want to get sore? Soreness is not an idicator of a good workout. If you don't get sore but had a good workout, you should be happy.

Not sure why you want to be sore, but heavy negative curls will do the trick.

actualy, unless its your first time working out, no your biceps shouldn't be sore the next day DUR! i wonder why your in the red, if you eat right and train right and get all your supplements you won't be sore the next day, its called getting all the nutrients your muscle needs to repair itself before the next day. plain and simple, eat like a video gamer and get sore, eat like a body builder, don't get sore and grow

My bi's haven't been getting sore for the last 3 months I've been training either! Then last monday I just did a set or two of incline alternating curls with weight I could barely get 8 reps with and I **** you not they're still sore today (6 days later) and I reckon they're about quarter of an inch bigger!
