The thing is - am skiny guy. Can i add weight and get those musles like on the picture in jum? I started going into jum 4 days ago but i realy dont know what execises to do to acheve that body. Also i want to gain weight but i dont know how...Can you give me some help? like tips or something? Thank you.
i know that his stomach mussles are beautifle.. his chest looks awesome too. i want to get atletic shape just like on that picture, not get bulky with mussles..if you know what i meen

first of all prepare for the teen section to rip u a new one...secondly u have to squat and you'll have his body in maybe 2 weeks if u squat everyday
