So this was the first heavy bench day since I strained my left pec (month ago) so for being out of the game for a month i think i faired well. Jus thought I'd let you guys know that I'm approaching the 420 mark on bench rapidly.
135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 5
355 x 5
365 x 3
385 x 1
Endurance was **** but that'll come back within the next few weeks. Keep in mind I'm a powerlifter.

lol looking foward to it.
and this is what my workout looked like right before pec strain
135 x 10
225 x 5
315 x 5
355 x 5
385 x 1
405 x 1
It was a little different but 405 was my peak for heavy singles and now im working back toward it. I should be there again really soon. I feel good and my chest only tweaked a little on the 385.~~~R.I.P. T.J.M aka Frvrmuscle~~~

lol are we talking gym candy cuz if so I'm clean on that, but if we're talking reese's and **** i've done more than a few cycles of those. haha
I eat a lot of red meat, fish, chicken, etc. and I keep carbs as minimal as possible because they bloat me up. I can post a day of my diet if you want.~~~R.I.P. T.J.M aka Frvrmuscle~~~

You got it man. Here's today. I don't really count macros or calories but it's well over 4k a day.
Meal 1: 4 whole eggs, 3 cups milk, 1 cup oatmeal, 8 slices turkey bacon
Meal 2: Protein Shake, 2 tbsp PB
Meal 3: 10 oz. Chicken Breast, Steamed Veggies, 2 cups milk
Meal 4: PWO Shake (1000 cals, 88g protein, lots of carbs)
Meal 5: 14 oz. Lean gorund beef (bunless burgers), potatoes, 2 cups milk
Meal 6: 3 cups milk, 2 tbsp PB, Turkey Roll-Ups (4 oz.)
I'll snack on almonds and fruit throughout the day too. Just sayin.
Thanks for the comments everyone else too.~~~R.I.P. T.J.M aka Frvrmuscle~~~
