Question Triceps: Hardcore Mass Building Exercises.

    http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedi...ps_brachii.png

    Triceps Long Head:
The triceps long head originates from the inferior edge of the glenoid cavity of the scapula and inserts on the olecranon process of the ulna. Its main function is to extend the humerus.
Whats good exercises for tricep long head?

    Triceps Lateral Head:
The triceps lateral head originates from the posterior humerus and inserts on the olecranon process of the ulna. Its main function is to extend the elbow.
Whats good exercises for tricep lateral head?

    Triceps Medial Head:
The triceps medial head originates from the posterior humerus and inserts on the olecranon process of the ulna. Its main function is to extend the elbow.
Whats good exercises for tricep medial head?

Basically, I am asking what are your hardcore workout routines? I want too hit all three heads? Compound mass builders.

    Close grip Presses

    Dips

    Reverse Grip Presses(in smith machine)

Moderate Rep Skull Crushers on an incline bench

Triple your training weights on those 4 exercises and your triceps will be incredibly larger.

Since you can't isolate a triceps head I'd work heavy on the compound movements to build overall mass, and then maybe isolations can get thrown in after for fun.

while on the subject of triceps, which would be the best to work the head thats on the back of the arm? my triceps are huge from the side but from the back they're puny, its like there's no mass back there, only on the side
