Start with 40 oz. water then adjust up or down to how you like it. Taste is good. Started off so so but then after a week I actually started to look forward to drinking it. I experienced increase recovery times and a drastic drop in DOMS. I would and will use it again.

Sometimes I wonder if my taste buds are just insensitive to bad tastes, but I've never had a problem drinking any supplement and Golden Finish is DELICIOUS to me.

I actually mix mine in ice blend it for a nice cold smoothie!!!!!!

It tastes really bad in water the first time you drink it, but I learned to tolerate it as my tub got emptier.

I never tried it with OJ though...

The first few times I tried Purple Wraath, I had to get used to the taste. After about 3 times, I LOVED the taste. I've heard a lot of people say the same kind of thing about GFH.

to me it taste like orange juice mixed with a raw egg. i haven't heard too many ppl having to doctor on Torrent so i may try that or VPX NO-Synthesize next.

It's high GI, but that's what you want in a PWO drink. That way your insulin levels spike.

This is really, really good stuff. I found that it took awhile to adjust to the taste (very fruity and very tropical), but once I did, I loved it. I went with more water, about 40oz to cut down on the potency of the flavor.

I mix mine in the blender and drink it from a large tupperware cup over the course of 45-60 min post workout. I reserve my shaker cup for quick protein drinks that don't require a lot of mixing.

Golden Finish to me is one of the best tasting supps PERIOD. Not to mention all the other benefits from it like ZERO sugar and virtually no fat. Also it sits so nice and light in the stomach that you can still eat a nice sized meal shortly after taking it without any issues. Ingredient profile is fantastic as well. Product is solid as hell

My potential interest in Golden Finish would be more on is effectiveness as a post workout supplement. IMO, taste is all relative but it does taste darn good based on the samples I got
