First I would like to thank "Tank" from Controlled Labs for giving me a chance to try REDuction.
This thread looks best in "Hardwired - Black" skin.
Initial Stats:
Age:28
Height:6'3"
Weight: 203lbs
BF%: Unsure
Starting pics: http://bodyspace.bodybuilding.com/Djin/
Current Supplements
-Opti-Men multivitamin
-L-Carnitine
-Muscle Milk Lite (For meals in between)
-Optimum Pro Complex (Post workout)
Previous fat-loss products
-VPX Meltdown (Currently using)
-Nutrex Lipo6X
-MAN Scorch
-Xyience XLR8
-Universal Animal Cuts
-BioQuest Tetrazene Extreme
-etc... the list is massive.
Goals
The goal is quite simple. Drop at least another 10-15lbs and tone my body up for the summer. I've already lost 40+lbs since Christmas. It's time I kick things into overdrive.
The Plan
I'm going to quite taking Meltdown and continue on with REDuction. Also I have been writting everything I've been eating down, so it shouldn't be too complex to keep track of calories and what I've been eating.
As for my workout, I tend to jump around often from my buddy's house to the local gym. Same with my workout plan. This helps keep my body guessing.
I also jog every two days (This helps my knees not hurt so much). I am also very big in doing a lot of core workouts with my 12lb medicine ball. From doing 100 "round the worlds" and 100 leg kicks (while passing the medicine ball back and forth through my legs), to doing as many sit-ups with a 40lb weight on my chest.
Finally I train with moderate weight at high reps for muscle growth not strength and it works great for me. I do HIIT as well, but as stated above, I'm going for growth. If things kick into another gear, I will be sure to make a note of it.
Initial Reactions to the product:
I'm currently waiting for REDuction to come in the mail, when it arrives I will give a better reacton and my thoughts on said product. How it's made, the quality of the pills, etc. (Even the smell)
As stated above, this is just the start of a log a wish to share with everyone.

I just thought I would write this pre-log just to get things going in the right direction, and to show people what I had in mind.
I hope everyone who does read this log will get a better understanding of not only REDuction, but me and my story as a whole.
As stated above, I am currently taking 6! pills of Meltdown a day. x3 in the am, x3 in the afternoon.
From the sounds of it though, REDuction will have what I am looking for to help me get rid of this stubborn weight. When it arrives, as stated, I will give a full review on how everything is.
Enjoy and thank you for giving me the time.

OKay. I've uploaded some recent (today, 6-20-2008) photos. As you can clearly see, my mid section and chest need the most work.
I do workout and jog (I was a lot worse looking a few months ago, trust), so this is pretty much the lowest I've been in weight in a very long time.Last edited by Djin; 06-10-2008 at 01:15 PM.

-= Day One =-
-= DAY 1 =-
The box arrived, and like a child on Christmas I couldn't wait to see why the box was larger then life. Tore it open and found a buffet of interesting things.
When I opened the bottles, first thing that hit my nose with the smell of raspberries (Ketones). When I opened the black (PM) bottle, it was a mixture of the raspberry ketones and valeriana (very strong herb smell), it reminded me of black liquorish.
I wanted to give myself a couple days to cycle out the Meltdown I was taking, but just like a child in a candy shop, I couldn't control myself. So I popped two PM (around 8:30pm, yes I sleep early) and within an hour I fell a sleep and woke up in the same posistion. A pretty solid sleep!
Morning has come. Two day pills, my Opti-Men vitamins and I'm feeling a nice warmth from my body. Though I would kick it up by doing 100 regular sit ups, and then 100 round the worlds (12lb medicine ball), 50 leg kicks (while passing the medicine ball through your legs) and then ended it with about 30 sit ups with a 40lb weight on my chest.
I had a good energy through and after I give myself time to relax (and eat, oatmeal), later I will jog.
So far things are going pretty well.
EASE of swallowing pills -- 7
Smell -- 10
Construction of pill -- 9 (No dust or anything like that at the bottom of the bottle, these pills are SOLID)
Energy so far -- 8
Focus -- 9
As the day progesses, I will try my best to update... Since I'm currently laid off (construction), I have time to pretty much do whatever.
FOOD INTAKE
Oatmeal - 200 calories
V8 (lowered sodium) - 50 calories
60oz of water so far.
mid-day snack - yogurt 200 calories
Lunch - honey teryiki chicken
salad
Mid-day meal -- fresh green beans, raspberries, blueberries, almonds
Supper - MORE chicken and a little beef teryiki.
I know the teryiki isn't the greatest, but it's 50c a serving... and all I do is make it so my chicken/beef doesn't taste bland.
Usually I'll do a nice herb/spice rub for the chicken, or some sort of glaze/rub, etc that I've made...Last edited by Djin; 06-11-2008 at 02:18 PM.

-= Day 2 =-
-= DAY 2 =-
I woke up an hour later then I usually do. Not good. I personally don't want to sleep 10+ hours, but I will say that when I woke up, I was well rested. I know it's from the valerian which knocks me out.
Took my morning dose and multivitamins... another day of "buzzing" with a nice warm feeling in my belly. Makes me feel as I don't want to eat, but like yesterday, I had to force myself to eat.
So far I'm digging REDuction. Also love that smell when you open up the bottle.
(More throughout the day will come)
Talked to a buddy (Who I gave some samples to), and he doesn't feel the warmth, the buzz or anything like that. I'm shocked he's even alive.... he doesn't respond to anything.
Later in the day, doing weighted abs, jogging and back. We'll see how the energy stays through the day. I love burping up the ketones.
FOOD INTAKE:
Banana
Oatmeal - 200 calories
green beans
Grilled Chicken Breast (No skin)
Salad
Yogurt - 200 calories
Almonds
More green beans
Raspberries, blueberries
Grilled chicken for supper, lettuce... well, the chicken was on the lettuce.
I just got back from a 2 mile jog, the first half I had great energy, but for some reason half way through my throat started to hurt... and then I had to rest... but my body wasn't hurting, it was an odd feeling. My buddy and I sprinted, stopped, sprinted, jogged then ran the rest of the way. Nice little jog after a nice workout.Last edited by Djin; 06-12-2008 at 04:12 PM.

-= Day Three =-
-= DAY 3 =-
So far things have been pretty smooth. Enjoying the energy and focus I've been getting from REDuction.
For some reason I woke up with a headache. I'm pretty sure it's from yesterday's workout and jog, but I would assume that sleeping for a while would damper any effects of a headache...? No idea though.
Still at an even 203lbs, but clearly you can see that I'm losing mass (not muscle). Workout might be a simple jog and cardio today since I'm not feeling too well. Hopefully my feeling improves as the day progresses.
The other people who've tried some samples of REDuction have reported a 'feeling' and more focus. This is with a first use too!
*EDIT*
Still have to really force myself to eat... I just don't want to eat. I guess that's a good and bad thing eh? :P
-= FOOD =-
Oatmeal - 200 calories
Yougurt - 200c
Honey chicken grilled
Almonds
banana
Sliced Turkey deli meat
yogurt - 100c
plain burger on the grill - 200c
Mushrooms, garlic, peppers, olvies
blueberries
lemon garlic chicken - ??
My diet really isn't what is holding me back... it's just my body not wanting to drop these stubborn pounds.Last edited by Djin; 06-13-2008 at 04:47 PM.

I did feel a little dehydrated before I went to bed, but I did have to pee several times throughout the night... that's the only down fall of drinking a lot of water.
I love drinking a nice cold water before bed because it helps you burn more calories while you sleep... plus the PM formula knocks me out like a Mike Tyson KO punch.
It's 4:00pm and I want to eat, but my stomach feels full. It's odd. I know I could eat, and I do have good foods to eat... I guess I'm just bored... perhaps thirsty...Last edited by Djin; 06-13-2008 at 01:00 PM.

Thanks for the words.
Off for a jog now.
Came back from the jog and I actually felt great and ran it a lot better then I ever have before... had to slow down a little because my knee started to give me issues. I think I'm going to rest a few days with jogging, just for my knee to start feeling better.Last edited by Djin; 06-13-2008 at 04:48 PM.

Great log and detail! I'm on day 13 of my 30 log where I started out at 170 and have dropped a couple of pounds but I can see some difinite results in some areas where I had excess fat.
