As I mentioned in the Rugby Thread, I'm planning on a playing comeback. I will log workouts etc here. This is not going to be a massive intro post, so my goals by January are:
Weigh: 100-105kg (220-230lbs)
Bench: 150kg (330lbs)
Squat: 220kg
Chins: 10 reps
I will be following the WSFSB template, maybe with some slight mods. Weeks 1-4/6 will be a slight cut, just to lower bodyfat and bit, then go nuts on size and strength, removing any additional fat when pre-season running is introduced.
