its not really hard to implement..ontop of that.. i think they should make it. You need atleast 100posts to post in the MISC..so only the real people interested in diet and lifting end up arriving to the misc section

Agreed, but I'd think 50 posts should be the ideal minimum.
Trolls and spammers post links or embed their disgusting images usually on the very first post. Stylinhomies is a very good example of a spamming trolll where this can work.
I think the vBulletin software already has this setting in the admin control panel or a mod (patch) can be obtained that can implement the feature.

If you ask me I don't think anyone should be allowed to post in the misc unless the following criteria is met:
- 7 inch or larger manhood
- have to drive a BMW/Jaguar/Ferrari/Audi
- must be a millionaire, but billionaires preferred
- must sleep with a new girl every night and she has to be at a bare minimum 9 out of 10 on the looks scale
- must know it all
