    Consumed around 1,000 calories but feel so full

    These days, I feel so full after consuming such a small meal. My apetite has gone down drastically in the past week. I have to force myself to eat and when I get so full, I feel so guilty I ate so much. Its so weird.

    Today I consumed:

    1 Green tea Extract capsule and 1 Maximuscle Thermobol capsule

    First meal:

    1 scrambled egg +
    2 slices of bread +
    low fat/low sugar baked beans

    = 350 calories

    Then did 25min on treadmill (fast walk at 3.8mph at 6% incline)

    Then had an apple = 60 calories

    Second meal: Some casava and some grilled chicken breast + wing = 600 calories


    In total I consumed around 1,010 calories. But I feel so full and dont feel weak at all when I work out, etc.

    Whats going on? I cant eat anymore after my last meal and its been 3 hours since...I am like 270 pounds 6.0" man. I used to eat like 4000 calories a day and since I am on my diet my calorie intake has gone down so low, but its just so hard to eat as I am always full after a small meal..!

    I started off eating 1800, and its gradually gone down as my apetite has gone down. But my cardio workouts have been goin up in terms of intensity. Still, I get so full after my ussual meals I cant eat the next meal.

    Did you try stopping the thermogenic? Some thermogenics kill appetite.

    Nope, I havent. I have continued using it. I think my apetite has shrunk radically since I started taking Thermobol. Would you reccomend I stop using it?

    Yes. You will lose LBM if you keep eating so little, and it sounds as though that is your issue.

    terracotta is 100% on the ball... thermogenics also have appetite suppressants to add to the effect.. sometimes they are just thrown in to make it seem like the thermo is working because u eat alot less

    but yes... perhaps half the dose or kill the thermo for ahwile..@ 270 pounds a thermo wont help all that much anyways.. focus on diet 100% and you will more than likely see decent gains(loss)
